Biography:

Hendrik Prinsloo holds a Ph.D. in Delay Analysis and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry as a project manager, lecturer, construction adjudicator/mediator, and expert witness. His latest book ‘Construction Delay Analysis Simplified’ (published by Amazon in 11 countries), is a popular resource for delay claims worldwide and a prescribed textbook. The training course on his unique delay analysis model has been presented by professional industry organizations on 4 continents.

In his career, Dr. Prinsloo has acted as a decision-maker on over $3 billion in complex construction projects, including the prestigious Freedom Park developed for Nelson Mandela. He is a past president of the Association of Schools of Construction and has served on various industry committees. Hendrik is a recipient of the prestigious extraordinary ability green card, issued by the United States Government to a select few for exceptional achievements and contributions showing evidence of sustained national and international acclaim. He is currently based in San Diego, California with his wife, 2 girls, and a chocolate Labrador, where he spent his time as an expert witness, construction claim consultant, and author.
