BIOGRAPHY
President of the SACPCMP Sixth Term Council, Lufuno Ratsiku is passionate about leading team development and influencing social cohesion among multicultural and multiracial team members with similar objectives. With a master’s degree in Construction Management, he brings an integration of various skills and resources to ensure realisation of project objectives to the Council. During his tenure, he looks forward to collaboration with various SACPCMP stakeholders and professionals within the Built Environment, and would like to see transformation and growth in terms of staff to impact the professions positively. His top three values are transparency, social cohesion and due diligence, and in business, he feels that continuous improvement is very important.
